Platform Credits

If a paid learning pack, promotional feature, or platform credit fails because of a verified AskChainX issue, credits may be restored or refunded according to the rules shown for that feature.

Sponsored Rewards

Sponsored rewards unlock only after the stated learning, creator, or referral conditions are met. If a campaign condition is not met, AskChainX may credit the account instead of issuing a reward.

Abuse and Disqualification

Users who cheat, use multiple fake accounts, manipulate answers, or violate platform rules may be disqualified without reward.
